I just received an email from the one of the site admins that says he will be removing my art first thing in the morning..at least i got a response.....

thank you to everyone that helped me, supported me, dugg the article, even though there are some haters still out there..its cool...there always will be

Anyway...I will update again when I see that the layouts have been removed as promised to me.

You all kick ass and thank you for standing by me in this fight against art theft.

lol yeah a code i added to change your cursor...but for some reason in firefox it only shows it on some links...kinda weird.

The thing is... I don't think you'd be 'slandering' their name because that's usually saying something false about someone to ruin their reputation. They, in fact, are stealing your artwork and as such have ruined their own name... there's nothing slanderous about letting others know what they've done!
