But I have no clue as how to apply this in logon studio, nor in resource hacker.

Thank you for the link! :) Now that I got it installed on my computer, I copied it to the location where all other logon screens can be editted. (eg, welcome 1, etc) But I encountered into another problem when I pressed 'apply,' after which the command said "value creation failed at line 322." I know I'm almost there. What should I do now?
